Meet Maria

Founder of Honey Pilates. She has her degree in exercise science and has been in the Pilates world since 2018. Maria is a Master Instructor with The Pilates Course. She values depth in movement and has an appreciation for the principles.

Maria enjoys watching clients falling in love with filling the void that current day society leaves with mentally connecting to themselves in a somatic way in her studios.

Honey Pilates merch lines hold a lot of meaning to the family, to the members and to the history. With every design starting from a sketch, fabrics created, sizing custom to the founders actual measurements, to pieces inspired by the founders children. Honey Pilates Studio to Street line walks with you every day. Heritage of Honey Pilates is the luxe line with active wear that marries the 200 year old history of the walls of our studio to modern day women, allowing you to walk like a lady and exercise in comfortable.
