Meet Maria

Founder of Honey Pilates. She has her degree in exercise science and has been in the Pilates world since 2018. Maria is a Master Instructor with The Pilates Course. She values depth in movement and has an appreciation for the principles.

Maria enjoys watching clients falling in love with filling the void that current day society leaves with mentally connecting to themselves in a somatic way in her studios.
